Viewing Separation Approver Details

To view separation approvers:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Separation, click Separation admin.

  2. On the left navigation pane, click Separation approvers.

The Separation approvers page appears. The details displayed for the separation approvers are:

Field

Description

Employee name

Displays the name of the employee

Reporting officer

Displays the name of the reporting officer or reporting manager of the employee

Review officer

Displays the name of the review officer of the employee

Review officer is reporting officer’s manager. Once reporting officer takes an action on the resignation request in the queue it is moved forward to the review officer for action.

Approver

Displays the name of the approver or approvers assigned to the separation process for the employee

Also displays how many additional approvers are mapped to the corresponding employee, other than Reporting officer and Reviewing officer.

To set filters for the records you want to view:

  1. Click Set Filters and in the Set Filters dialog box, click the filter or filters you want to set and then click .

  2. Click OK.

  3. The text box for the selected filters appears on the Separation approver page.

  4. In the text box, press SPACEBAR once and on the list select the filter.

  5. Click Search.

The records are filtered.
