Adding LWF Details
You can add the LWF details for a selected financial year in the Add LWF dialog box.
To add LWF details in the Add LWF dialog box, follow the actions provided in the table for each field.

Financial Calendar | Select the financial calendar year for which the LWF details are entered. |
Effective Date |
Select the date from when the LWF deduction should be effective. |
Name |
Enter the name by which the LWF being configured should be referred in concerned PW Reports. |
State |
Select the state for which LWF is being configured. |
Deduction Frequency | Select the frequency at which LWF should be deducted. |
Description |
Enter any appropriate description, including any relevant or additional information that can be used for reference later. |
Contribution Period |
Select the starting and ending date of the period during which LWF contribution is effective, depending on the deduction frequency specified. |
Due Dates |
Select the due dates when reminders should be sent to HR / Admin through e-mail about the due statutory for the specified deduction frequency. |
Due Date Reminders |
Enter the number of reminders that should be sent. |
Deduction Value |
If you wish to specify deduction value for employee and employer, select the check box. If you wish to specify deduction value based on slab, clear the check box. |
Employee |
Click to enter the amount that should be contributed by employee. |
Employer |
Click to enter the amount that should be contributed by the employer. |
+Add LWF Slab |
Click to add a LWF slab. LWF slab is a combination of Start Limit, End Limit and LWF Amount. LWF is calculated accordingly and the deduction value is displayed in Statutory reports and payslips. |
Start Limit |
Enter the starting limit amount for which the LWF amount is specified. |
End Limit |
Enter the ending limit amount for which the LWF amount is specified. |
Employee |
Enter the amount that should be contributed by employee. |
Employer |
Enter the amount that should be contributed by the employer. |
Active |
To activate LWF deduction for employees, select the check box. If active, employees can view the LWF contribution details. |
Note: Fields marked with * are mandatory and cannot be left blank. System will not allow you to save the page if any of the mandatory fields are not entered.
