Adding Reason-Document Validation

You can add reason for document validation to the existing document validation using the Add reason dialog box.

To add reason for document validation:

  1. In the Reason-document validation section, click Add.

Add reason dialog box appears.

  1. In the Reason text box, enter the reason for document validation.

  2. In the Description text box, enter the description for reason for document validation.

  3. Perform one of the steps:

  4. To keep the reason for document validation active, check Active.

  5. To keep the reason for document validation inactive, uncheck Active.

  1. Perform one of the steps:

  2. To save the new added reason for document validation and to close the Add reason dialog box, click Save & Close.

  3. To save the new added reason for document validation and to add a new reason for document validation without closing the Add reason dialog box, click Save & Continue.

The reason for document validation is saved.

Note 1:             All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2:             To exit without adding new reason for document validation, click Cancel.
