Adding Permission Templates

To add permission template:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Manage permission, click Permission template.

The Permission Template page appears.

  1. Click Add.

The Add Permission Template dialog box appears.

  1. In the Template name text box, enter the name of the template.

  2. In the Description text box, enter the description of the permission template.

  3. In the Copy template drop-down box, select the template that you want to copy to the current template.

  4. In the Custom query text box, enter the query.

  5. In the Permission box, select the required permissions for the template:

Note:                    Manage permission allow viewing, adding, editing and deleting the respective information.

Note:                Custom check box will be applicable if there is any custom query written in a particular permission template.
                     By selecting the Custom check box corresponding to a particular page the custom query will be applicable.

  1. Click Save.

The permission template is added.

Note:                    Fields marked * are mandatory, and they cannot be blank.

Note:                   To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
