Viewing Holiday Lists

To view the holiday list:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Leave, click Leave Admin.

  2. On the left navigation pane, click Holiday List.

  3. In the Calendar name drop-down box, select the calendar for which you want to view the holiday list.

The holiday list appears for the select calendar.

The holiday list details displayed are:

Holiday list details

Field

Description

Day

Displays the day of the holiday

Date

Displays the date of the holiday

Occasion

Displays the occasion for which the holiday is given

Is Restricted

Displays whether the holiday is restricted - Yes or No.

If Yes, it appears in Red.

Restricted holiday means the organization will not remain close but the employee can take few restricted holidays out of defined restricted holidays.
