Adding Master Recipients
To add master recipients:
On the PW Admin menu, under Email configuration, click Master recipient.
The Master Recipient page appears.
Click Add.
The Add Master Recipient dialog box appears.
In the Name text box, enter the name of the recipient.
In the E-mail Id text box, enter the email id of the recipient.
To keep master recipient active, select the Active check box.
Click Save & close to save the entered details and close the page.
Click Save & continue to save and continue adding the master recipients.
The master recipients are added.
Note 1: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Note 2: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
If you want to edit an existing master recipients, select the check box corresponding to the master recipients. Click Edit, make the required changes and save.
If you want to delete an existing master recipients, select the check box corresponding to the master recipients. Click Delete and confirm.
