Adding E-mail Template

To add email template:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Email configuration, click Email template.

The Email Template page appears.

  1. Click Add.

The Add Email Template dialog box appears.

  1. In the Template name text box, enter the name of the template.

  2. In the Subject text box, enter the subject of the template.

  3. In the Template key drop-down box, select the template key.

Note:              Selecting the template key in an email template acts as a placeholder for the respective text while triggering
                     the email. It pulls the relevant values wherever necessary.

  1. In the Email box, enter the body of the email template.

  2. Click Save & close to save the entered details and close the page.

  3. Click Save & continue to save and continue adding the email templates.

The email template is added.

Note:                 Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note:                 To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
