Resetting the Password of an Existing User Login

To reset the password of an existing user to the default password:

  1. On the PW Admin menu under Add/Delete Employee, click Add/Delete User.

The Add/Delete User page appears with a table listing all external users.

  1. Select the check box corresponding to the Name of the user whose password has to be reset.

  2. Click Reset password.

The password gets reset to the default password.

Note:               The default password set in the PW_Admin->Configuration->Default Password will be assigned to the user.
