Viewing Team Attendance Details
You can view details of your team members’ attendance in the Team Attendance page.
To view attendance details of a team member:
In the home page, on the My Team menu, under Team Attendance, click Team Attendance Details.
The Team Attendance Details page appears.
Click the From Date text box, and on the calendar, click the day from when you want to view your team member’s attendance details.
Click the To Date text box and on the calendar, click the day up to when you want to view your team member’s attendance details.
Note1: Ensure that To Date is not greater than From Date.
Note 2: Number of days between From Date and To Date cannot be greater than 31 days.
In the Search employee name drop-down box, do one of the following:
To retrieve records that exactly match the name, select Is equal to and enter the name of the employee.
To retrieve records with employee names like the entered text, select Like and enter the text.
To retrieve records for all your team members, do not enter any employee name.
Click .
The attendance details of the employee searched for are displayed for the specified period.
To view the pictorial representation of all team members’ attendance, click Charts.
The attendance details displayed are:

Displays the date for which attendance details are generated |
In time |
Displays the time the employee entered the workplace on the corresponding day |
Out time |
Displays the time the employee left from the workplace on the corresponding day |
Total hrs |
Displays the total number of hours the employee worked on the corresponding day |
Attendance |
Displays the employee’s attendance status for the day -- Present, Absent, Holiday, Weekly Off, LOP, Loss of Pay (AB), Comp Off. |
Note1: The total number of pages that contain the result as well as the page number you are currently on is displayed
on the navigation bar. Use the arrows to navigate between pages.
Note2: To refresh the page, click .
Note3: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
To export the attendance details of a team member:
On the navigation bar, click and then click Excel, PDF or Word
The attendance details are exported to a file in the selected format and the Open file dialog box appears.
Click the option you want and then click OK.
The file is opened or saved.
To search for specific text in the results:
On the navigation bar, in the text box, enter the text you want to search for and click Find.
The text is highlighted in the retrieved results.
Click Next.
The next occurrence of the text is highlighted.
