Viewing Career Progression
The Career progression page displays two separate graphs – Designation graph and CTC graph.
The Designation graph shows how a team member’s career has progressed over a period in terms of changes in designation.
The CTC graph shows how a team member’s career has progressed over a period, in terms of Cost to Company (CTC).
To view the career progression of a team member:
On the My Team menu, under Career, click Career Progression.
The Career Progression page appears.
In the Employee search text box, press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, select the employee name and click GO.
The career progression graphs based on designation and CTC appear.
