CAFT

CAFT assessment is done to check whether employees are competent enough for the job. CAFT can be initiated by employees themselves or can be initiated by the reporting officer or reviewing officer or by an external team.

 

CAFT initiated by Assesse

The various scenarios of CAFT initiated by Assesse are as follows.

Scenario 1:

a. Assesse initiates CAFT and submits to RO for approval. Assesse can modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to RO for approval.

b. RO can accept or reject the CAFT document. RO submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can also modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.

c. Reviewing officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

Scenario 2:

a. Assesse initiates CAFT and submits to RO for approval. Assesse can modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to RO for approval.

b. RO can accept or reject the CAFT document. RO submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval.

c. Reviewing officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer sends the rejected CAFT document to Assesse and submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

Scenario 3:

a. Assesse initiates CAFT and submits to RO.

b. RO can only view the CAFT document. RO submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer.

c. Reviewing officer can only view the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the CAFT document to HR team.

 

Scenario 4:

a. Assesse initiates CAFT and submits to RO for approval. Assesse can modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to RO for approval.

b. RO can accept or reject the CAFT document. RO submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can also modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.

c. Reviewing officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer sends the rejected CAFT document to both RO and Assesse. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

CAFT initiated by RO

The various scenarios of CAFT initiated by RO are as follows.

Scenario 1:

a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.

b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse for acceptance.

c. Assesse can accept or reject the CAFT document. Assesse accepts CAFT document and submits to HR team.

 

Scenario 2:

a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.

b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse for acceptance.

c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.

 

Scenario 3:

a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the document to Reviewing Officer.

b. Reviewing Officer can only view the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer views the CAFT document and submits to Assesse.

c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.

 

Scenario 4:

a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO submits the approved document to assesse.

b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document and submits to RO.

c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.

 

CAFT initiated by Reviewing Officer

The various scenarios of CAFT initiated by Reviewing Officer are as follows.

Scenario 1:

a. Reviewing Officer initiates CAFT for employee and submits the CAFT document to RO for approval. Reviewing Officer can modify the rejected document and resubmit to RO for approval.

b. RO can accept or reject the CAFT document. RO submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Assesse for approval.

c. Assesse can accept or reject the CAFT document. Assesse sends the rejected CAFT document to both RO and Reviewing Officer. Assesse submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

Scenario 2:

a. Reviewing Officer initiates CAFT for employee and submits the CAFT document to RO for approval. Reviewing Officer can modify the rejected document and resubmit to RO for approval.

b. RO can accept or reject the CAFT document. RO submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Assesse for approval.

c. Assesse can accept or reject the CAFT document. Assesse sends the rejected CAFT document to Reviewing Officer. Assesse submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

Scenario 3:

a. The Reviewing Officer initiates CAFT and submits to RO.

b. RO views the CAFT document and sends to Assesse.

c. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits the approved CAFT document to HR team.

 

CAFT initiated by External team

The scenario of CAFT initiated by External team is as follows.

a. The External team initiates CAFT and submits to Reviewing Officer.

b. Reviewing Officer views the CAFT document and sends to Reporting Officer.

c. Reporting Officer views the CAFT document and sends to Assesse.

d. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.
