Generating Ad-Hoc Headcount Report
You can also generate the same reports on any day that you want using the Ad-hoc report generation where you can synchronize the latest data and generate the report instantaneously on a specified date.
To generate an ad-hoc headcount report:
On the HR menu, under Report scheduling click Headcount report.
The Employee Attrition page appears.
Under the Ad-Hoc generation section, perform the following steps:
To select the branch you want to include in the report, in the Branch box, do any of the following:
To include a branch in the report, select the corresponding check box.
To include all the branches, click Check All.
To select the business unit you want to include in the report, in the Division box, do any of the following:
To include a division in the report, select the corresponding check box.
To include the entire division, click Check All.
To select the process you want to include in the report, in the Process box, do any of the following:
To include a process in the report, select the corresponding check box.
To include all the processes, click Check All.
To select the Sub process you want to include in the report, in the Sub Process box, do any of the following:
To include a Sub process in the report, select the corresponding check box.
To include all the Sub processes, click Check All.
Note: In the filter list boxes, to clear all selections, click Uncheck All or to remove a specific selection, clear
the corresponding check box.
In the Month drop-down box, select a month for which you want to generate a report.
In the Year drop-down box, select a year for which you want to generate a report.
To update report to retrieve the latest data, click Sync.
The report is updated with the latest data.
Click Export Reports
The headcount report is generated immediately for the month and year.
