Previous Employment Detail
The Previous Employment page refers to employees’ previous employment details if any, such as the name of the company previously worked with, company address, date of joining, date of relieving, designation, last drawn salary, job type, reason for leaving, and so on. You can add new previous employment details, edit the existing previous employment details, and delete the existing previous employment details using the Add, Edit and Delete button.
To view previous employment details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Professional Details, click Previous Employment.
The Previous employment page appears.
In the Employee search text box, enter the name and then click Go.
The previous employment details appear.
Note: To retrieve employment details of resigned employees, check the Resigned employee only check box.

Displays address of the employee’s previous company |
Date of joining |
Displays the employee’s date of joining in the previous company |
Date of relieving |
Displays the employee’s date of relieving in the previous company |
Designation |
Displays the employee’s designation in the previous company |
Last drawn salary |
Displays the amount of salary last drawn by the employee the previous company |
Job type |
Displays the type of job, whether the employee worked as a full time employee or a part time employee |
Reason for leaving |
Displays the reason for the employee leaving the previous company |
Reporting to |
Displays the name of the Team manager or HR manager to whom the employee was attached to, in the previous company |

Displays the contact number of the reporting officer |
Is relevant |
Displays whether the employment details are relevant to the current profile of the employee |
