Editing Qualification Details

You can edit the existing qualification details in the Qualification detail sub menu.

To edit qualification details:

In Qualification section, select the details to be modified, and then click Edit.

Edit Qualification Details dialog box appears.

To modify the qualification, in the Qualification drop-down box, select the appropriate qualification.
To modify the degree, in the Degree text box, the text is auto populated when qualification is selected.
To modify the subject specialized, in the Subject of specialization text box, change the subject specialized.
To modify the name of the institution, in the Institution name text box, change the name of the institution.
To modify the board or university, in the Board/university text box, change the name of the board or university.
To modify the state or location, in the State/location text box, change the name of the state or location.
To modify the percentage, grade or division obtained, in the /Grade/division text box, change the percentage, grade or division obtained.
To modify the month and year of passing, in the Passing month/year text box, change the month and year of passing.
To modify the academic achievement, in the Academic achievements text box, change the achievements achieved during the academic year.
To modify the remarks, in the Remarks text box, change the remarks.
Do any of the following:
To save the details entered and to close the Edit Qualification Detail dialog box, click Save & Close.
To save the details entered and to add new details without closing the Edit Qualification Detail dialog box, click Save & Continue.

You can view the edited qualification details on the Qualification page.

Note 1: All fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.

Note 2: To exit without creating qualification detail, click Cancel.
