Editing Family Member Details
You can edit employee family details in the Family page.
To edit family details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Personal details, click Family.
The Family page appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once, select the employee name and click GO.
The family details of the employee appear.
Select the family member details that you want to edit and click Edit.
The Edit Family Details dialog box appears.
Edit the required fields and do any of the following:
Click Save & close to save the changes made by you and close the page.
Click Save & continue to save and continue editing the family details of the employee.
The changes made by you are saved. You can view the changes in Family page.
Note 1: Fields marked * are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Note 2: To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
