Adding Organization Assets Details

You can add organization assets details of an employee in the Organization Assets page.

To add organization assets details of an employee:

  1. On the HR menu, under Employment detail, click Organization assets.

The Organization Assets page appears.

  1. To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.

  2. In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO.

The organization assets details of the employee appears.

  1. Click Add

The Add Assets Details dialog box appears.

  1. In the Assets name drop-down box, select the assets name.

  2. In the Comments text box, enter the comment related to the asset.

  3. Do any of the following:

The organization asset detail is added.

Note 1:             Fields marked * are mandatory, and they cannot be blank.

Note 2:             To return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
