Viewing Bank Details

You can add or edit the bank details of an employee for salary credit or reimbursement purposes.

To view bank details:

  1. On the HR menu, under Compensation details, click Bank details.

The Bank details page appears.

  1. In the Employee search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to retrieve the list of employees and then select the employee.

  2. If the employee is a resigned employee, select the Resigned employee only check box and then click Go.

  1. In the Payment mode drop-down box, select the payment mode.

  2. In the Bank drop-down box, select the name of the bank.

The following bank details of the employee appear.

Bank Account no

Displays the bank account number of the employee

Bank branch details

Displays the details of the bank branch

Employee name in bank

Displays the name of the employee as per the bank records

IFSC Code

Displays the IFSC code of the bank
