Viewing Bank Details
You can add or edit the bank details of an employee for salary credit or reimbursement purposes.
To view bank details:
On the HR menu, under Compensation details, click Bank details.
The Bank details page appears.
In the Employee search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID or employee ID or press SPACEBAR (on the keyboard) once to retrieve the list of employees and then select the employee.
If the employee is a resigned employee, select the Resigned employee only check box and then click Go.
In the Payment mode drop-down box, select the payment mode.
In the Bank drop-down box, select the name of the bank.
The following bank details of the employee appear.
