How do I know who is the Creator, Approver, Owner of the requisition created?
The Requisition pool sub menu (My self>> Request New Talent) allows you to know the creator, approver, owner of the requisition created. To know the creator, approver, owner of the requisition created, perform the procedure Viewing/Updating the requisition pool. The grid displays the creator, approver, owner of the requisition created. Also, the requisition creator can see the Requisition approver and Requisition owner in the grid once the requisition is created.
Is there any report, which will provide the complete information of requisition status?
The Requisition status report sub menu (Reports>> Recruitment) allows you to view the complete information of requisition status. To view the complete information of requisition status, perform the procedure Generating requisition status report.
What does Backfill and Fresh mean under Requisition type while creating a requisition?
While creating a requisition, backfill and fresh under Requisition type means the following:
Backfill: Replacing the existing position with a new employee.
Fresh: A new position created in the organization.
Can we upload multiple job description for the same position?
The Manage position sub menu (PW Admin>> Requisition) allows you to upload multiple job description for the same position. To upload multiple job description for the same position, perform the procedure Adding a position. But while creating a requisition there can be only one job description.
There are multiple job descriptions seen when I create requisition. How do I proceed?
You have to mandatorily select any 1 of the job description and click on Save.
When I create a requisition, status column shows as ”Draft, Rejected, Open, Filled, Cancelled and On hold”. What do they mean?
In the status column, draft, rejected, open, filled, cancelled, and on hold means the following:
Draft: Requisition raised and waiting for approval by Requisition Approver.
Rejected: Requisition is rejected by the Requisition Approver.
Open: Requisition is approved by Approver and waiting for Requisition Owner to take action.
Filled: Requisition is filled by Requisition Owner.
Cancelled: Requisition is cancelled by the Requisition Owner.
On Hold: Requisition is kept On Hold by the Requisition Owner.
What is the difference between requisition Creator / Approver / Owner?
The difference between requisition creator, approver, and owner is:
Creator: One who raises a requisition is the creator (generally the Manager/TL/Supervisor based on authorization provided by the HR)
Approver: One who approves the requisition raised (generally authorization provided by the HR on employee mapping)
Owner: One who fills the requisition (generally the HR - Recruitment team)
I want to edit/change the number of vacancies entered in the requisition created. How do I do?
The requisition raised has to be rejected to edit the details entered. The My Requisition sub menu (My Self>> Request New Talent) allows you to edit the number of vacancies in the requisition. To edit the requisition details, perform the procedure Viewing/Updating the requisition pool.

I have created a requisition, but it is not appearing in HR pool.
Only the requisition approved by manager will appear in the HR pool.
How do I segregate the requisitions based on the various status?
The My requisition sub menu (My self>> Request New Talent) allows you to segregate the requisitions based on the various status. To segregate the requisitions based on the various status, perform the procedure Creating and Viewing Requisition. Select the Requisition Type, Position and Date range and click on Filter.
My colleague is able to create the requisition in PeopleWorks but I am not able to create. Why?
Authorization to create the requisition will be assigned by the HR. Contact the HR. HR can add your name under selected creator field for the respective position. Then you will be able to raise the requisition under My Self>> Request New Talent>> My requisition.

Authorization to approve the requisition will be assigned by the HR. Contact the HR. HR can add your name under selected approver field for the respective position. Then you will be able to approve the requisition under My Self>> Request New Talent>> My approvals.
