How do I change the Password?
The Change Password sub menu (My Self>>Others) allows you to change the current password. To change the current password, perform the procedure Changing the Login Password.
I see the same offer letter twice, which one should I Accept?
This situation occurs in cases where the HR has mapped multiple letters for the same Designation and/or Location. Please check with the HR.
Are there any guidelines to help in filling the Forms and uploading the Documents?
Click icon on the home page. A new window opens, in which you will find the instructions/guidelines.
I am unable to Accept/Reject the Offer letter after clicking on Next and Ok to say I have submitted all the letters.
The letter has to be triggered again, as you have clicked Next before Accepting/Rejecting the offer. Please contact HR.
I want to update the existing details in the forms, but I am unable to view the Save button after I re logged in.
It appears that you saved the file by clicking Next. This would have resulted in disabling of the Save button. To resolve this issue, please contact the respective HR who assigned the activity to you.
I am unable to upload the documents.
It seems to be an issue with the file size. Please ensure that the file size is not be more than 2 MB and then try again.
