How to resolve queries raised by employees?
The Query Resolution sub menu (HR>> Query Resolution) allows you to resolve the queries raised by employees. To resolve queries raised by employees, perform procedure Resolving Queries.

I (HR) am not able to view the Query Resolution page?
The Query Resolution sub menu (HR>> Query Resolution) allows you to view the Query Resolution page. Check whether your name is mapped against the query. Also, the Query Resolution hyperlink appears only when the query is raised/unresolved. To configure the names to receive the queries, perform the procedure Modifying a query type.
Why is the font color in red when the employees raise query?
If the query raised is not resolved in the defined TAT days, then all the unresolved queries will appear in red font color.
How do I change the TAT (days)?
The Query types sub menu (PW Admin>> Query) allows you to change the TAT (days). To change the TAT (days), perform the procedure Editing a Query Type.
How do I generate Query resolution status report?

In Query TAT report the ”r;No. of days for TAT” is displaying zero. Why?
The Query types sub menu (PW Admin>> Query) allows you to configure the query TAT days. TAT has not been updated for the respective query types. To modify the TAT details for a query, perform the procedure Editing a Query Type.
I have removed HR name from a query type but he/she is still receiving mails for that query. Why?
