  1. How do I raise a query?

The Raise/View query sub menu (My self>>Query) allows you to raise a query. To raise a query, perform the procedure View and Raise Query. The query raised by you will be received by the concerned person to resolve the query.

 

  1. How do I add an attachment to the Query?

The Raise/View query sub menu (My self>>Query) allows you to add an attachment to the query. To add an attachment to the query, perform the procedure View and Raise Query.

 

  1. What is the maximum file size that can be attached?

File size should be less than 600 KB.

 

  1. What type of files can be attached while raising query?

Only .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .DOC, .DOCX, .PPT files can be uploaded.

 

  1. How do I know how many queries have I raised?

The Raise/View query sub menu (My self>>My Query) allows you to view the queries raised by you. To view the queries raised by you, perform the procedure View and Raise Query.
