The Attendance configuration sub menu (PW Admin >> Attendance Admin) allows you to change the Minimum working hours. To change the Minimum working hours, perform the procedure Attendance configuration.

The Attendance configuration sub menu (PW Admin >> Attendance Admin) allows you to set the single swipe to be present/absent. To set the single swipe to be present/absent, perform the procedure Attendance configuration.

 

3. Where do I set the payroll process period?

The Attendance configuration sub menu (PW Admin >> Attendance Admin) allows you to set the payroll process period. To set the payroll process period, perform the procedure Attendance configuration. It is a numeric field, which accepts numbers from 1 to 31 only.

 

  1. Holidays and weekly off should not be included in between leaves applied. How do I configure?

The Attendance configuration sub menu (PW Admin >> Attendance Admin) allows you to configure holidays and weekly off to be excluded from leaves applied. To configure holidays and weekly off to be excluded from leaves applied, perform the procedure Attendance configuration.

The Attendance upload sub menu (HR >> Attendance) allows you to upload the Attendance. To upload the Attendance, perform the procedure Uploading attendance.

The Manage attendance sub menu (HR >> Attendance) allows you to change the LOP status of an employee for present month. To change the LOP status of an employee for present month, perform the procedure Managing attendance  and perform the procedure To edit the attendance for a specific date.

 

  1. How do I reverse the LOP of the employee for past months?

The Update payroll-LOP reversal sub menu (HR >> Attendance) allows you to reverse the LOP of the employee for past months. To reverse the LOP of the employee for past months, perform the procedure Updating payroll-LOP reversal.

 

  1. How do I exclude an employee from swipe in or out list?

The Employee exclusion sub menu (HR >> Attendance) allows you to exclude an employee from swipe in or out list. To exclude an employee from swipe in or out list, perform the procedure Excluding employee from the swipe list.
