Notice Period Configuration
As an administrator, you are required to configure the notice period for the different attribute masters. The notice period configuration page displays the notice period configuration name, notice period days, effective date. You can view, add, edit or delete the configuration in the notice period configuration page.
On the PW Admin menu, select Nurture and Manage and then click Notice Period Configuration.
The Notice Period Configuration page appears.
The details will be displayed in the Notice Period Configuration page.

Displays the effective date configured under add notice period configuration |
Click Add to add notice period configuration.
The Add Notice Period Configuration window appears.
Enter the Notice Period Configuration Name in the Configuration Name text box.
In the Effective Date text box, select the date from the calendar that appears.
Select the division from the Division drop down box.
Select the department from the Department drop down box.
Select the designation from the Designation drop down box.
Select the location from the Location drop down box.
Select the process from the Process drop down box.
Select the band from the Band drop down box.
Select the employment type from the Employment Type drop down box.
Enter the number of days in the Notice Period Days text box.
Perform the following steps:
Click Save and Close to save the Notice Period Configuration.
Click Save and Continue to save and continue adding another Notice Period Configuration.
Click Reset to reset the configuration from the start.
Click Cancel to exit from the dialog box without saving.
Note 1: To
include an attribute in the notice period configuration, select the corresponding
check box from the drop down box.
Note 2: To
include all attributes, click Check
All.
Note 3: To
exclude all included attributes, click Uncheck
All.
Note 4: To
exclude a specific attribute, clear the corresponding check box.
If you want to edit details of an existing notice period configuration, select the check box corresponding to the notice period configuration name, click Edit, make the required changes and save.
If you want to delete details of an existing notice period configuration, select the check box corresponding to the notice period configuration name, click Delete and confirm.
