Adding, Editing or Deleting Letter Template

To add a new letter template list:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Issue Letter, click Letter Template List.

The Letter Template list page appears.

     2.   Click Add.

           The Add Letter Template dialog box appears.

     3.   In the Letter Type drop down box, select the letter type.

     4.   In the Template name text box, enter the template name   you want to give it to the template.

     5.   In the Template Keys drop down box, select the required template key.

Note 1: There is an existing template key called ‘Sep_Approver Name’ where this template key fetches the separation approver which is mapped for an employee.
Note 2; New template keys have been added under Template Key drop-down box. The new template keys are Date of confirmation, Location (City), Surname ( Last name), Tenure, Gender,  Old Designation, Old Location New location branch and New location effective date.

     6.   Check Active check box to set the letter template as active.

     7.    In the Letter template box, enter the body text of the template.

The letter template is added.

Note: To exit the dialog box without saving, click Cancel.
