Issued Letter
This page is used by the employee to view the Issued letters sent to him.
To view the issued letter page,
On the My Self menu, click See All.
Under My Letters, click Issued letter.
The Issued letters page is displayed.
The various issued letter details displayed are

Acknowledgement |
Acknowledgement option will be shown based on the configuration set in the HR screen. |
Employee will agree to the letter issued if Agree option is selected under "Acknowledgement" column and will be against the letter issued if Disagree option is selected.
Note 1: If mail intimation is configured under HR>>Generate Letter>>Issue Letter then based on the selection, mail will be sent. If Agree option is selected under Acknowledgement column then mail intimation will be sent for agree and mail intimation will be sent for disagree if other option is selected.
Once Saved then based on the configuration, the acknowledgement option will be disabled.
