Issue Letter

 

This page is used for configuring the escalation days and reminder days for publishing the letters to employees.

To view the issue letter configuration page,

The Issue Letter configuration page is displayed.

The Escalate workflow after (in days) displays the days after which the escalation workflow is reverted back

The Reminder days shows the days after which the Escalate workflow after is reverted back.

Note 1:  Escalate workflow is a non mandatory text box. It accepts only numeric’s  and a maximum of 3 digits.

Note 2:  Reminder days is a non mandatory text box and it accepts only numeric’s and a maximum of 3 digits.

Note 3: When user selects the (Prev CTC info) template from the template key drop down box, then the user’s previous CTC break up should be displayed.

Note 4: The newly added masters created and made active under E-mail Configuration>>Adding Letter Template will be available as the template key and when user clicks on edit letter the template key should have the newly added masters in it.
