       1. How to map Forms and policies? 

               Following are the steps to map the applicability for Forms/Policies.

a. Navigate through PW Admin >>Configuration >>Map forms, policy and section page.

b. Select document type from ‘Document type’ drop down box.

c. Click ‘Add Mapping’ button.

d. Select the document name from ‘Document Name’.

e. Select the Applicability from the option given and click ‘Map & Close’.

 

       2. What is Employee Connect & its Significance?

                      Employee connect is to foster an objective, participative, nurturing, winning and a rewarding work culture.

             

                      Significance:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

1.      Birthdays: Can wish on his/her birthday.

2.      Employee Directory: Can view the basic details of an employee.

3.      Handbook: Employee Manual.

4.      Newsletter: Employee will be updated with newsletters that will be shared across the organization.

5.      Gallery: Pictures of any event organized can be posted.

 

       3. What are Shared Folders?

                    When employee connects to shared folders,they can open files; save files; delete files;

                    create, modify, delete folders and perform other tasks depending on the level of permission.

                    Employee is authorized to access Form Details, Newsletter Details, Policy Details,

                    HR    Notifications, CSR, Marcom, Finance, Information Center, Travel Desk, CTT,

                    Innovation Center, Vouching Policy/Annexure, Quality Center, Knowledge Center, L&D

                     in Shared Folders.

 

       4. How to upload Policy details?

                   Navigate through >>Myself >> My Details - Policy Details.

                   Employees can view the policies as per the permissions given to employee.

      

       5. How to update Quick links?

                   Based on the frequently used pages by the employee, the Quick links section gets updated.
