Goal Setting
As an employee you can edit the parameters, sub-parameters, weightages for the KRAs (Key Result Areas) during the Goal setting using the Combination flow so that you can add new KRAs which will allow for the overall weightage of all parameters to be 100.
Goal Setting Dashboard page displays the employee name, template name, assessment period, interval, status.
After clicking the link under ‘Employee Name’, the ‘Goal Setting’ page appears which include the goal names, weightage, target and action columns.
The Goal names include the group names, Parameters names and sub parameter names based on the configuration and the template mapped to the employee. Each of the groups, parameters and sub-parameters are differentiated using different color. All the group rows are displayed in Blue, the parameter rows in grey and sub-parameters in white.
Note 1: If the group has a weightage of 30
then any changes to the parameters and sub parameters will have to fall
within the limit of 30.
Note 2: Similarly for the relation between parameter and sub parameter
such that the sub parameter weightage should not exceed the parameter
weightages.
To view Goal Setting
On the My Self menu, select Performance Management and then click Goal Setting.
Goal Setting Dashboard page appears.
The details will be displayed in the grid.

To view the Goal Setting details, click the link under Employee Name column.
Goal Setting page appears with goal names, weightage, target and column.
Click Add Group to add the group names.
The text box smart search should display only the active values from Group Master.
Note 1: When user tries to add parameter/sub parameter,
the text box smart search should display only the active values from Parameter
Master.
Note 2: The user should not be allowed to add more than the specified no
of groups/parameters/sub parameters. It should be blocked while adding
in the grid.
Click
(Add) icon to add the
goal names from the drop down list.
A new row is added below the group row as a parameter row.
Click (Edit) icon to edit the goal
names from the drop down list as well as enter your own goals.
All the options under that particular group will be editable i.e. groups, parameters and sub parameters, their values for targets weightage for each of the rows.
If you want
to delete the sub-parameters mapped to the parameter, click
(Delete) icon.
A confirmation message appears as “Do you want to proceed”?
Click OK to confirm or else click Cancel.
The total weightage for all the groups should be displayed at the end of the weightage column below the last row.
To save the goal setting details, click Save.
Click Submit to submit the score.
A confirmation message appears.
Click OK to confirm or else click Cancel.
Note 1: The employee has the option to save the
data entered after editing before submitting. If the total value of the
weightage is less than 100 then the data is allowed to saved but not submit.
Note 2: If the total value of weightage is more than 100 then it will not
allow to save the data as well.
