Generating Payroll Dashboard
To generate Payroll Dashboard Report:
On the Reports menu, under Payroll, click Payroll Dashboard.
The Payroll Dashboard page appears.
In the Month drop down box, select the month.
In the Year drop down box, select the year.
In the Type drop down box, select the type of the payroll dashboard.
If you want to generate bank advise report in payroll dashboard, click Bank Advise from Type drop down and then click Create Report.
The report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.

Click
icon, to set up filters based on your requirement.
The Filters dialog box appears
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular region, click the Region drop-down box and select the region you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular city, click the City drop-down box and select the city you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular division, click the Divisions drop-down box and select the division you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular process, click the Process drop-down box and select the process you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular cost center, click the Cost Center drop-down box and select the cost center you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular employment type, click the Employment Types drop-down box and select the type of employment you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular custom component, click the Custom Component drop-down box and select the custom component you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular state, click the State drop-down box and select the state you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular branch, click the Branch drop-down box and select the branch you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.

To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular project, click the Project drop-down box and select the project you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
To generate a report for payroll dashboard in a particular band, click the Bands drop-down box and select the band you want to include in the selected type of payroll dashboard report.
Click OK
Note 1: In
the drop-down boxes provided to filter data, click Check
All to select all the check boxes and Uncheck
All to clear all the check boxes.
Note 2: To exit the dialog
box without saving, click Cancel.
Click
icon to save the payroll dashboard.
The Save dialog box appears.
In the Dashboard Name text box, enter the dashboard name.
In the Description text box, enter the description name.
Perform one of the following steps:
Click Save
The Dashboard Name will appear in the Dashboards drop down box.
Click Cancel to exit the dialog box without saving.
If you want to edit the dashboard name
from the Dashboards drop
down box, click icon.
The Save As dialog box appears.
Enter the required details and save.
To exit the dialog box without saving click Cancel.
To delete any dashboard, select the
dashboard from the Dashboard drop down box and click icon.
The dashboard will get deleted.
