Audit Log
This page includes template name, template description, report name, email IDs, output, designation, level and so on.
To generate a report:
On the Reports menu, under My Reports, click Audit Log.
User needs to select My self option to view their own report.
Select My team (Direct), My team (Direct and Indirect) option, if logged in employee is reporting manager.
In the Template Name text box, the template name will be displayed.
In the Template Description text box, the template description will be displayed.
In the Report Name text box, enter the report name, if the report needs to be saved in different name.
In the E-mail IDs text box, enter the email ID, if the report needs to be sent to the different users.
Note: You can enter more than one email ID in the email IDs text box, but it should be separated by commas.
In the HR text box, enter All, so that the employees details will be populated.
In the Level drop down box, select the level.
Note 1: If
logged in user wants to view their details, he has to click on My
Self and generate the report.
Note 2: If employees
want to view their team direct employee’s details, and then click on employees My Team (Direct).
Note 3: If employees
want to view their team direct and indirect employee’s details, then click
on employees My Team (Direct & Indirect).
If in Level drop down, 0 is selected then his details will be populated in spite of his selection.
If in Level drop down, 1 is selected then only direct reportee’s information will be populated.
If in Level drop down, either 2 or 3 is selected then direct as well as indirect reportee’s information will be populated.
In the From Date text box and on the calendar select the date from when you require the details.
In the To Date text box and on the calendar select the date up to when you require the details.
Select the designation from the Designation drop down box.
In the Employee Search text box, enter the employee name or employee id or press SPACEBAR to get the employee name from the drop down list.
In the Output Type drop down box, select the type of output that you want to include in the report (i.e. pdf, txt, xls and so on).
Note 1: Designation should be
multi-select. The values should be displayed from designation master.
Note 2: If the employees values are changed and if they
are not from the selected designation then report will be generated with
null value.
Click Generate Report.
The report for the specified criterion/criteria is generated.
The status of the generated report in the table is displayed below.

To change the number of report being displayed, click the Show drop-down box and select the number of report to be displayed.
If you want to delete details of an existing report, select the check box corresponding to the report name, click Delete.
The 'Delete Generated Report' dialog box appears.
Click Yes to delete the selected records or else click No.
