Approving or Rejecting Travel Requests of Team Members

Depending on your role, you can take action on a travel request as below:

To approve or reject a travel request:

    1. On the Apply/Cancel Claim page, click Apply.

    2. Perform any of the following steps:

  The Approve / Reject Request page opens.

    1. To view the travel request details, select the check box corresponding to the request and click View.

      1. In the Approver’s Remarks text box, enter any remarks.

      2. Click Close.

The request is saved with your remarks.

    1. To update the expense details pages with the request, identify the travel request with the reference id, select the corresponding check box.

Note:  If you have not selected the check box after adding the travel request of team members, the request will not be visible on the Expense Details pages.

    1. To view details of travel expenses requested, on the left navigation pane, click Travel Expense Details, click View.

    2. To view details of accommodation expenses requested, on the left navigation pane, click Accommodation Expense Details, click View.

    3. To view details of other expenses requested, on the left navigation pane, click Sundry Expense Details, click View.

    4. To view advance amount requested and enter approved advance amount, on the left navigation pane, click Advance Amount Details, select the check box corresponding to the advance amount request and then click Edit.

The Edit Advance Amount Details window appears.

Note:  To exit without saving, click Cancel.

    1. To approve or reject the travel request, on the left navigation pane, click Approve / Reject Request, select the check box corresponding to the travel request and click Take Action.

The Approve/Reject Request Details window appears.

    1. In the Approver's Remark text box, enter your remarks.

    2. Do any of the following:

Note:  To exit without saving, click Cancel.
