Adding Loan Master
To add loan master
On the HR menu, under Payroll, click Loan Master.
The Loan Master page appears.
To add loan master, click Add.
In the Add Loan Master dialog box, perform the following steps:
Select the financial calendar from the Financial Calendar drop down box.
Select the loan category from the Loan Category drop down box.
Select the gender from the Gender drop down box.
Click the Effective Date text box and on the calendar that appears select the date from when you want to add the loan master.
Select the loan type from the Loan Type drop down box.
In the Description text box, enter the description.
If the loan master is available for employees to view, select the Active check box or else clear the check box.
Perform one of the following steps:
To save the loan master and close the dialog box, click Save and Close.
To save the loan master and continue adding another loan master, click Save and Continue.
To exit the dialog box without saving, click Cancel.
To change the number of loan master being displayed, on the Loan Master page, click the Show drop-down box and select the number of loan master to be displayed
