Attendance data is not getting uploaded or updated. . How do I resolve it?

1.       Check whether files are getting generated from your attendance system

2.       Check whether the credentials provided for FTP are correct

3.       Check whether the files are getting updated to the FTP server

4.       Check whether there are any 0KB files on the FTP server if yes delete the same

5.       Check the file format for upload

6.       Check the time format in the file

7.       Ask PW team what is the scheduled time for attendance upload
