Description

Displays the description of the reason like what conditions validate the selection of the reason

Status

Displays the status for which the reason is mapped. For example: On board, On hold and so on.

For verification

Displays whether the candidate’s details are sent for verification - Yes or No.

Active

Displays whether the reason is active - Yes or No.

If reason is marked active, it is available for HR to select while taking an action on a candidate’s details in the HR workspace, else it is not visible.
