Adding Bond Details
You can add bond details of the employee in the Current Organization page.
To add bond details of an employee:
On the HR menu, under Employment detail, click Current organization.
The Current organization window appears.
To search for only resigned employees, select the Resigned employee only check box.
In the Employee search text box press the SPACEBAR once (on the keyboard), select the employee name and click GO.
The current organization details of the employee appears.
Click Add
The Add Bond Details dialog box appears.
In the Bond Name text box, enter the bond name.
In the Bond Amount text box, enter the bond amount.
Click the From Date text box, and on the calendar select the date from when the bond is applicable.
Click the To Date text box, and on the calendar select the date up to when the bond is applicable.
Do any of the following:
Click Save & close to save the changes and close the page.
Click Save & continue to save and continue adding the bond details of the employee.
The Bond detail of the employee is added.
Note 1: Fields
marked * are mandatory, and they
cannot be blank.
Note 2: To
return to the previous page without making changes, click Cancel.
