Training Employee FAQs

1. I am unable to view certificate.

   This issue is happening because the certificate is not mapped for the particular program.

2. I had self nominated for the training and the same has been approved from my RO but still it shows Pending under Nomination HR Status?

   Once the training is approved by the RO the same has to be approved by HR. When HR approves, it will show as Approved.

3. I am unable to nominate myself for the training?

   This is because the HR who added the training did not enable the Self Nominate option.

4. How do I nominate myself for training?

   The Self Nomination submenu (My Self>>My Training) allows you to nominate yourself for a training program. To nominate yourself for a training program, perform the procedure Adding Self- Nomination.

5. How do I approve the employees nominated for the training?

   The Approve Nomination submenu (My Team>>Team Training) allows you to approve the employees nominated for the training. To approve the employees nominated for the training, perform   the procedure Approving/Rejecting Training Nomination.

6. How do I nominate employees in bulk?

    The Nominate Employee submenu (My Team>>Team Training) provides you option to nominate employees in bulk. To nominate employees in bulk, perform the procedure   Nominating Employees by Uploading the Nomination List.

7. How to view the training details of my team?

    The Team Training Summary submenu (My Team>>Team Training) allows you to view the training details of your team. To view the training details of your team, perform the procedure  Viewing the Summary of Team Training.

8. Employees nominated for training program are unable to view Training material?

   This issue is happening because the training material is not yet uploaded. To upload the training material, perform  the procedure Managing Training Material.

   HR >> Training >> Training Material - in general page, select Program name, the file to be uploaded and date.

9. Employees are unable to view the certificate?

   The Mark Attendance sub menu (HR>>Training) allows you to issue a certificate for the training. To issue the certificate to the employee, click Marking Attendance.

   HR >> Training >> Mark Attendance - In general page, certificate check box must be checked.

10. In which screen employees will view their training program?

     Employees can view their training program in the action screen or in the myself >> training details.

     Myself >> My Training >> Training Details.
