Survey Employee FAQs

1. How do I participate in survey?

     The My survey sub menu (My Self>>My Survey) allows you to participate in survey. To participate in survey, perform the procedure Participating in a survey.

2. I see the Result column to be blank. Why?

     This is because the HR has not selected the option to display the result for employees after attending the survey.

3. Can employees reject the survey once it has been triggered for them?

     No, employees are not able to reject any survey once that has been triggered for them.

4. Can employees change their options or answers once they have submitted the survey?

     No, employees could not make any changes once they have submitted the survey as the status changes to participated.

5. How can I delete the survey details/records?

     Employees are not able to delete the survey records as delete option is not available.
