Rewards and Recognition HR FAQs

1.   How to add Rewards name?

   To add new reward, navigate through PW Admin >> Nurture and Manage >> Rewards, add the reward name and frequency.

2.    Even though Reward has been defined in Nurture and Manage, same is not appearing in the drop down of HR>>Rewards and  Recognition?

   Once the Reward name has been defined, Active box should be checked i.e same will appear in the drop down.

3.   How to extend the frequency of the Reward?

   PW Admin>> Nurture and Manage >> Rewards, Perform Editing Reward to Extend the time period of particular Reward.
