Configuring Institute

Each organization employs various institutes to undertake training sessions for its employees based on the trainer’s skill sets and the area of specialization of the institute. An administrator can add the various training institutes that are linked with the organization. This will enable the employees to know about the institute while viewing the training schedule details. Moreover, an administrator can add the alias name for the institute.

To add an alias name to the institute:

  1. On the PW Admin menu, under Training, click Training admin.

The Training Admin page appears.

  1. Click Institute.

The Institute page appears.

  1. In the Alias text box, enter the alias name for institute.

  2. Click Update.

The alias name for the institute is updated throughout the application.
