RO Initiation
As a reporting officer, you can initiate CAFT assessment for your team members.
The RO Initiation page displays the list of employees whose CAFT assessment is initiated.
The various scenarios of CAFT initiated by RO are as follows.
Scenario 1:
a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the CAFT document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected CAFT document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.
b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse for acceptance.
c. Assesse can accept or reject the CAFT document. Assesse accepts CAFT document and submits to HR team.
Scenario 2:
a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval.
b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer submits the approved CAFT document to Assesse for acceptance.
c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.
Scenario 3:
a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the document to Reviewing Officer.
b. Reviewing Officer can only view the CAFT document. Reviewing Officer views the CAFT document and submits to Assesse.
c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.
Scenario 4:
a. RO initiates CAFT for employee and submits the document to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO can modify the rejected document and resubmit to Reviewing Officer for approval. RO submits the approved document to assesse.
b. Reviewing Officer can accept or reject the CAFT document and submits to RO.
c. Assesse can only view the CAFT document. Assesse views the CAFT document and submits to HR team.
To view RO Initiation:
On the MY TEAM menu, under CAFT, click RO Initiation.
The RO Initiation page appears.
