Deleting Previously Awarded Rewards/Recognitions

To delete a reward/recognition previously awarded to an employee, perform the following steps:

  1. On the HR menu, under Rewards and Recognitions, click Rewards and Recognitions.

The Rewards and recognitions page appears.

  1. In Employee Search text box, enter the employee name/employee ID  or press SPACEBAR (on the Keyboard) once and select employee name.

  2. Click Go.

The rewards and recognitions table appears.

Note:                To search only resigned employees, click the check box near the label Resigned employee only.

  1. To delete a reward/recognition, click the check box corresponding to the reward/recognition.

  2. Click Delete.

The reward/recognition is deleted.

Note:                Fields marked as * are mandatory.
