How to add an employee/s?
The Add/Delete Employee sub menu (PW Admin>>Add/Delete Employee) allows you to add an employee. To add an employee, click Adding Employee Details. You can also add employees in bulk.
To add employees in bulk, perform the following steps:
The Excel Mapping sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration) allows you to download the file template.
The EDM Excel Upload sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration) allows you to upload the file with bulk employee details.
To download the template, perform the procedure Excel Mapping. To upload employees in bulk, perform the procedure EDM Excel Upload.
I’m trying to upload EDM details, but the system shows an error as ”r;Column Mismatch Found--Check Excel Mapping” and the fields are listed out.
To fix this error, perform the following steps:
Check for spelling and spacing in the column of the excel sheet.
Check for spelling and spacing defined in masters in Nurture & Manage and the fields entered in excel.
I had uploaded the dates correctly in an excel template but it is reflecting incorrectly in the web page.
The date format has to be in mm/dd/yyyy format.
How to auto generate successive employee IDs?
The Employee ID Generation sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration Rules) allows you to generate successive employee IDs. To generate successive employee IDs, perform the procedure Generating Employee ID.
I am not able to view HR and PW Admin menu although permissions are enabled.
In the Roles sub menu (PW Admin>>Nurture and Manage), the respective role has to be marked as Is HR to view the HR and PW Admin pages. To enable the HR and Admin sub menus, perform the procedure Adding Roles.
Multiple records of the same employees are reflected in the master information report.
This issue happens when multiple cities are mapped against each region in the Regions sub menu (PW Admin>>Nurture and Manage). Each region should have unique cities mapped to it. This will avoid the multiple records of same employee. To map the region, perform the procedure Adding Region.
I am unable to update reimbursement bank details.
The Reimbursement bank sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration) allows you to update the reimbursement bank details. To update the reimbursement bank details, perform the procedure Reimbursement bank.
I cannot see the forms, policies and sections uploaded under My Company.
In the Map Forms, Policy and Sections sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration), the uploaded documents need to be mapped against the employee. To map uploaded documents against an employee, perform the procedure Adding map forms, policy and sections.
How to upload additional details of existing employees?
To upload additional details of employees, perform the following steps:
The Excel Mapping sub menu (PW Admin>>Configuration) allows you to download a file template.

Candidate is not able to Accept/Reject the offer letter?
In the Letter Templates sub menu (PW Admin>>Email Configuration), the Action required check box needs to be selected to Accept/Reject. To accept or reject the offer letter, perform the procedure Letter Templates.
Candidate name is not reflecting in the offer letter triggered?
In the Letter Templates sub menu (PW Admin>>Email Configuration), the template key for candidate should be selected as [FullName] in the body of the letter template. To get more information on letters, perform the procedure Letter Templates.

My designation is changed to Team leader but not able to view My team menu in PW page?
Although permissions are enabled for My Team, you need to have employees reporting to you. Only then the My Team menu will get enabled.
Letter is active, but it is not reflecting in candidate login?

I am unable to mark a copy of letter as the field does not appear when I am adding a candidate?

I have created the Section but few employees are not able to view the same?
This issue happens when the section is not mapped to that particular employee. The Sections sub menu (PW Admin>>Sections) allows you to map the sections to the employees. To map the employee to a section, perform the procedure Adding Sections.
How do I change Birthday template?
The Email Template sub menu (PW Admin>>Email Configuration) allows you to edit the existing Birthday template. To edit the existing Birthday template, perform the procedure Adding Email Template.
