Managing Shortlisting
To manage Shortlisting
On the HR menu, select Recruitment and then click Recruitment Workspace.
The Candidate Verification Details page appears.
On the left navigation pane, click Shortlisting.
The details will be displayed in the grid.

Date of Posting |
Displays the date of posting (sorting done on this column) associated with the shortlisting |
Reference Code |
Displays the reference code associated with the shortlisting |
Job Role |
Displays the job role assigned to the candidate |
Last Date of Application |
Displays the last date of application associated with the shortlisting |
No of Applications |
Click on the number link to view the candidates application |
Report |
Click on the Download link to download the report |
Under the Number of Applications column, click on the number link to view the candidates application.
The View Applications page appears.
The details displayed are:
Application details

Displays the serial number of the candidates application |
Employee Code |
Displays the code of the employee |
Employee Name |
Displays the name of the employee |
Download Profile |
Displays the candidates profile as downloaded or not |
Shortlisted |
Displays whether the candidate is shortlisted or not |
To non-shortlist the candidate’s application, click on the required application check box and then click Non-Shortlisted button.
A confirmation message appears to shortlist the selected items.
Click OK to confirm or else click Cancel.
Note: An email is triggered to the candidate.
Under Report column, click Download link to download the report in an excel format.
The reports will get downloaded.

Displays the city from where the employee belongs |
Preferred City/Location 1 |
Displays the preferred city/location 1 of the employee |
Preferred City/Location 2 |
Displays the preferred city/location 2 of the employee |
Preferred City/Location 3 |
Displays the preferred city/location 3 of the employee |
Key Achievements |
Displays the key achievements of the employee |
Why do you consider |
Displays the reason to consider that employee for that applied role |
Highest Qualification |
Displays the highest qualification of the employee |
Pursuing NDM |
Displays whether that employee is pursuing NDM or not |
Language 1 |
Displays the language 1 of the employee |
Language 2 |
Displays the language 2 of the employee |
Language 3 |
Displays the language 3 of the employee |
Language 4 |
Displays the language 4 of the employee |
Reference Code |
Displays the reference code of the employee |
Last Date of Application |
Displays the last date of application of shortlisting |

Displays whether the status is active or not |
