You may need to view a summary of the Competency Assessment Status details of employees at any point of time. You can generate the Competency Assessment Status report based on your requirement.
To generate the Competency Assessment Status report:
On the Reports menu, under Competency Assessment, click Competency Assessment Status.
The Competency Assessment Status page appears.
In the Status drop down box, select the status of the employee.
In the Calendar drop down box, select the calendar year.
In the Interval drop down box, select the interval for the competency assessment status.
In the Designation drop down box, select the designation of the employee.
In the Department drop down box, select the department from which the employee belongs.
Click Create Report.
The report is generated according to the search criterion/criteria.
