Download Categories

To manage download categories

    1. On the HR menu, click See All.

    2. Under Ex-Employee Portal menu, click Ex-Employee Portal.

The Download Categories page appears.

    1. To add new Root, Select/Add Root Category drop down box.

    1. Enter the new root in the Add new Root text box and click   icon.

The Root Category will be added successfully.

    1. To select the Root, Select/Add Root Category drop down box.

    2. To edit or delete the root category, select the edit or delete icon from the Select/Add Root Category drop down box.

The details displayed are:

Download Category Details

Field

Description

Document Name

Displays the root category title

Type

Displays the type of the document name

Date of Upload

Displays the date of the document uploaded

Uploaded by

Displays the name who has uploaded the file

File Name

Displays the file name of the document

Actions

Provides an edit or delete option for the download categories


    1. To add document, click Add Document button.

The Add Document dialog box appears.

Note: Same for all option allows you to upload the document which can be downloaded by Ex-Employee through his portal

The Edit Document dialog box appears.

        1. Edit the required fields.

        2. Perform the following steps:

          • Click Save and Continue to save the details and continue editing another document.

          • Click Save and Close to save the details and close the dialog box.

          • Click Cancel to cancel the dialog box without saving.

      1. To enable the Status as active, click Active radio button.

      2. To delete the document, click icon.

A confirmation message appears.
