Configuring Social Links

You can configure social links of ex-employee portal so that ex-employee can access the social network sites.

To manage Social Links:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, click See All.

    2. Under Ex-Employee Portal menu, click Ex-Employee Portal.

    3. On the left navigation pane, click Social Links.

The Social Links page appears.

The details displayed are:

    1. To activate the social links option available in Ex-Employee portal, click Page Visibility On radio button.

    2. Enter the Name in the text box.

    3. Enter the link in the text box to allow user to enter the social media link pertaining to title.

    4. Click Upload Image, browse and select the file to upload social media icon.

    5. To deactivate the link, click HIDE radio button or else click SHOW radio button to activate the link.

    6. Click Save to save the changes done or else click Cancel.

  Social links will appear on header section in Ex-employee portal.
