Configuring FAQ

As an Admin you can configure the FAQ page so that ex-employee can view FAQ page after logging into the portal.

To configure and manage Frequently Asked Question:

    1. On the PW Admin menu, click See All.

    2. Under Ex-Employee Portal menu, click Ex-Employee Portal.

    3. On the left navigation pane, click FAQ.

The FAQ page appears.

      1. Enter the FAQ in the Search FAQ box.

      2. To make the FAQ section active, click Page Visibility ON radio button.

      3. Click Add button to add FAQ question.

The Add FAQ Question window appears.

      1. Enter the question under Question text box.

      2. Under Answer box, manage the answer through the content editor.

        1. Click icon to view or enter the html tags along with the text answer.

        2. Click icon to insert or remove the numbered list.

        3. Click icon to insert or remove the bulleted list.

        4. Click icon to enter the text in bold.

        5. Click icon to enter the text in italic.

        6. Click icon to cut the text by selecting it.

        7. Click icon to copy the text.

        8. Click icon to paste the text.

        9. Click icon to undo and redo the text.

        10. To link and upload the text, select the text and click icon.

The Link dialog box appears.

The Image Properties dialog box appears.

The Table Properties dialog box appears.

      1. To edit the FAQ question, click the icon.

The Edit FAQ window appears.

      1. To view the FAQ question, click  icon.

      2. To delete the FAQ question, click  icon.

A confirmation message appears.

The Upload dialog box appears.

        1. Click Download Excel Template to download the excel format as per the manual input format.

        2. Click Upload Using Excel button, browse and select the updated excel sheet to upload.

        3. Click Save to save the changes done or else click Cancel.

      1. In the FAQ page, click Publish All to publish all the FAQ question and Answer or else click Cancel.
