Configuring Events

After the date of resignation has been accepted and the employee has resigned from the organization, his actual date of relieving date will be taken account and based on configuration of the Ex-Employee portal which is last working (actual relieving + number of days) in the Ex-Employee portal. Based on this business logic, ex-employee will receive details about login credentials in his personal registered email-id which has been provided to the company during his tenure. Using his login credentials, ex-employee will login into his account to access his documents.

After the separation process, the company will send the ex-employee the login credentials for their accessing of the Ex-employee portal.

The login credential E-mail will be sent to person’s registered email ID provided at the time of separation.

The email for login credentials has to be done in the below way.

    1. On the PW Admin menu, select See All.

    2. Under E-mail Configuration, select Configure Events.

    3. Select the Event “Ex-employee login details” under Events column and then click Configure link to configure the email.

The respective event page appears.

    1. In the From text box, enter the sender name.

    2. To keep the event active, select the Active text box.

    3. To add the event details, click Add.

The Add Event Details dialog box appears.

The event details are added.
